Main tasks:

• Management software projects of the full cycle.
• Planning deadlines, resources and budget.
• Organization of work of development teams.
• Control of execution of backlog, quality and releases.
• Management of risks and dependencies.
• Communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring transparent reporting and achieving business results.
• Writing documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the field of software development at least 3 years.
• Practical project management experience in an Agile/Scrum or hybrid environment.
• Understanding the software development life cycle: from requirements gathering to release and support.
• Experience working with development teams, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.
• Able to work with Jira/Confluence or analogues.

It will be a plus:

• Experience of working with technical products at the interface of software and hardware or embedded solutions.
• Experience of preparing technical documentation for integrations, APIs, certification or compliance processes.
• Basic understanding of the domain of UAVs, EW, PEP or control systems and data processing in complex technical environments is desirable.
• Professional certifications in the field of project management (PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) available.
