The project manager represents the company's interests, plans, controls and manages all processes during project implementation.

Duties:
- negotiations and correspondence with customers, coordination of all issues on the object, project/object sales, determination of the composition of equipment and works on the object, calculation of the preliminary cost of systems, drawing up commercial proposals for of the client
- collection of initial data for design, organization and control of project execution
- analysis of project documentation, control of preparation of estimates
- preparation and signing of contracts with the customer and subcontractors< /li> and delivery of all works on the object
- putting stations and systems into operation, handing them over to the customer
- participation in operations, meetings and commissions on the object
- preparation and signing of acts of completed works, collection and preparation of executive documentation
- control of established deadlines at the object
- parallel management of several objects at the same time
Requirements:
- education — higher technical degree, electrical engineer (preferred)< /li>
- work experience as a project manager - from 2 years (construction of solar power plants)
- knowledge - basics of project management, basics of marketing and sales, contractual work , permissive documents
- knowledge and understanding of installation technologies (solar panels, inverters, batteries), principles of operation of basic equipment and electrical networks
- reading and understanding of design and estimate documentation
< li>knowledge of the nomenclature of electrical materials and equipment- financial literacy
- skills - management, organizational, negotiation, working in a team, work with a large amount of information
- skills - to sell, plan, set tasks, monitor, make decisions, negotiate, take responsibility, keep records, forecast the situation, work in a team
