The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" invites to its team - RENOVABIS Ralivka Project Manager.

Project "Development of a community website with economic opportunities for the resettlement of IDPs, and organization of familiarization tours to communities".

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the full implementation of the informed relocation model, including the digital platform and physical familiarization tours.
  • community web portal with up-to-date data on the labor market, housing stock and educational services.
  • Organization and conduct of regular orientation tours for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the territory of the community with visits to schools, health care facilities and farms.
  • Establishment of strategic cooperation with local authorities, businesses and religious communities.
  • Conducting field presentations of the project in places of compact residence of IDPs for involvement of potential relocation participants.
  • Management of the work of the local Coordination Hub as a central point of support for new community members.
  • Development and implementation of mentoring programs for rapid professional and social adaptation of families in a new place.
  • Preparation of analytical reports for the RENOVABIS fund regarding the effectiveness of the pilot model and the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
  • Creating a strategy for transferring the project to the management of the local community after completion of donor funding.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in business administration, law or related fields.
  • Experience in managing humanitarian projects or social development programs in a non-governmental sector.
  • Experience in implementing initiatives aimed at the social and economic integration of internally displaced persons in rural communities.
  • Practical understanding of the process of creating and developing digital information platforms or web portals for providing services to the population.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting mass field events.
  • Experience in establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in working with project and donor documentation.
  • Languages: Ukrainian fluently, English at B2 level (for communication, correspondence, reporting and internal coordination with partners).
  • Confident use of a PC (MS Office, Google Workspace), presentation preparation skills (PowerPoint, Canva or others).
  • Experience with MEAL systems (will be an advantage).

Necessary knowledge and skills:

  • Availability of managerial thinking.
  • Fundamentals of project management and activities.
  • Management, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of projects.
  • Fundamentals of technologies for the successful implementation of the project process.

Necessary personal qualities:

  • Leadership and coordination skills.
  • Strategic and systems thinking.
  • Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty.
  • Developed communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to find solutions in difficult situations.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and bear responsibility.
  • Orientation on quality, sustainability and real impact of programs.
