Project manager (real estate) in KIDDISVIT, GK

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Real Estate Project Manager.

Main tasks:

• Remote search for of real estate on request (in Austria, Vienna)
• Establishment of contacts with real estate agents to obtain data on relevant objects
• Formation of financial models for the project (based on a ready-made template)< /li>
• Making a decision regarding the potential of the real estate object
• Analysis of regions in relation to investment attractiveness and given criteria
• Competitive analysis of the selected unit (cottages, villas, apartments, hotels, apartments)< /li>

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English or German at an advanced level. 
• Basic Project Management Skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency: ability to create tables, apply complex formulas, use filtering and sorting tools, and create pivot tables and charts.
• Initiative, self-organization
