What is included in the duties:

• Management of projects aimed at research, development and implementation of new company products.
• Development of detailed plans for each project, determination of key milestones and resources required to achieve goals.
• Coordination of work between teams.
• Control of project implementation according to schedules.
• Control of costs within the established budget, ensuring effective use of human and material resources resources.
• Project progress tracking.

In a candidate, it is important for us:

• 3+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, economics or other related disciplines. Diplomas or certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile is an advantage
• Knowledge of the stages of product creation, from concept to mass production of products
• Knowledge of project management software
• Working skills with analytical tools
• Mastery of planning methods (Waterfall, Agile)
• MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Excel
• Ability to analyze large amounts of technical information, attention attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills, the ability to quickly adapt to changes, be responsible for the result and make decisions.
