We are looking for an ambitious, organized and purposeful Project Manager (Project Manager) in Kyiv, who will become an integral part of the IT team. And it will join the company's unique product that provides effective project management capabilities.

Time management:

• Help in developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Support and management of project stages.
• For the need to use such project management tools as Gantt charts and Agile methodology.

Communications:

• Collaboration with project team members and stakeholders.
• Providing regular project status updates: organizing meetings, reports and documentation.
• Promote a friendly and open atmosphere in the team.
• Participate in resolving possible conflicts on the positive side of the working atmosphere.
• Testing various project management tools.
• Help in making informed decisions to develop the project in an effective direction.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 1 year as a project manager.
• The presence of leadership qualities, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with management tools and planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Effective management of relationships with interested parties at different levels.
• Experience delivering projects on time and on budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicting points to achieve project goals.
• Average level of English language skills for effective communication in a team.
