GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GO"Greenland" invites amproject managerwho will be responsible for effective planning, coordination and implementation control project.

Main tasks:

• Strategic planning and general management of all stages of implementation of the project;
• Development, monitoring and control of the budget, ensuring rational and transparent use of resources;
• Risk management, prompt decision-making and adjustment of plans if necessary;
• Project presentation at meetings with donors, partners, local authorities and other interested parties;
• Team management: allocation of functions, setting tasks, holding regular meetings meetings, monitoring implementation;
• Ensuring compliance with donor standards, requirements of humanitarian principles and internal policies of the organization;
• Monitoring the progress of project implementation, control of terms, indicators and quality of implementation of activities;
• Preparation of analytical, final and interim reports, including evaluation of results and recommendations on improvement;
• Coordinating external interaction with service providers, contractors and partners;
• Ensuring effective information exchange within the team and with key stakeholders.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in management positions - mandatory (preferably in the public sector or international organizations);
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written;
• Strategic planning and team coordination skills;
• Confident command of Ukrainian and English languages (oral and in writing);
• Comply with the Organization's norms, principles and code of conduct.

Working schedule:From Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
