U-PROX is a security and access control system from the Ukrainian manufacturer Integrated Technical Vision Ltd. The company started its activities more than 31 years ago. So we can safely say that this is one of the most expert security system manufacturers.

Project description and scope of work

Project management, production creation video surveillance systems from the planning stage to the successful launch of industrial operation. 

The project includes:

• Planning and setting up production.
• Development and registration of a mobile application.
• Certification of products for the Ukrainian and EU markets.
• Creation of a new brand, development of positioning.
• Transfer of production to the operational team.

The duration of the project is 6 Ms.

Key Responsibilities

Planning Stage:

• Development of a detailed project plan.
• Formation of the project budget.
• Determination of necessary resources and equipment.
• Creation of an implementation calendar.
• Development specifications and requirements for production processes.

Preparation production:

• Coordination of equipment purchase and installation.
• Coordination of setting up the production line.
• Organization, development and implementation of the quality control system.
• Organization of the process of adaptation of production documentation.
• Control of selection and organization of training of production personnel.

Customization of software providing:

• Coordinating the creation of a technical task for application customization.
• Managing the mobile application customization process.
• Ensuring the App Store registration process and Play Market.
• Organization of software integration testing with hardware.

Certification

• Organization of the certification process for Ukraine and EU.
• Preparation of necessary documentation.
• Coordination of audits and inspections.
• Obtaining necessary permits and certificates.

< strong>Brand launch

• Coordinating the development of branding and positioning.
• Ensuring the preparation of marketing materials.
• Organizing the transfer of brand assets to marketing team.

Production launch

• Coordination of equipment supply
• Coordination of commissioning works
< li>Organization of test production
• Control of elimination of identified deficiencies
• Preparation and conduct of acceptance tests
• Organization of transfer of production to the operating room team

Requirements for the candidate

Education and experience

• Higher education in project management, engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Mandatory experience in launching production projects:
  1. Successful experience launching at least 2-3 production projects
  2. Experience in setting up production lines of electronic devices
  3. Practical experience in creating production documentation
  4. Experience in implementing quality control systems
  < li>Experience coordinating product certification projects
• PMP certification preferred

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English

Working conditions:

• Full time employment.
• Work at the production site.

• I work from the office in BC "Protasiv" (Olympiyska station).

• Work schedule from 9/10 to 18/19.

• Delivery from Palace Ukraina metro station.
