Due to the growing number of international projects and increasing production volumes, we are opening the position ofHead of Project Management Department .

What you will have to do:

• Manage up to 20 projects for the production of full cycle metal structures (from contract conclusion to delivery to the customer);

• Lead cross-functional teams of 15 people or more: technologists, engineers, purchasing, quality control, production areas;

• Participate in interactions with customers, suppliers and contractors;

• Optimize resources, ensure and monitor the implementation of projects in accordance with project schedules, within budget and in compliance with quality standards works;

• Form and maintain project documentation and reporting, control document flow;

• Develop mmeasures to minimize risks.

Our expectations:

• Experience in project implementation is required (for example: production of metal structures, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, oil and gas equipment, shipbuilding/ship repair);

• Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Excel, Bitrix24; style="vertical-align: inherit">Skills in managing project teams, working with suppliers and contractors;

• Understanding of production technologies for complex engineering metal structures is desirable;

• Confident command of the English language.

• Income in €: fixed salary + KPI. The salary level is ready to discuss with the final candidate;

• Bonuses: one-time payment of 500 € after a year of work; annual bonus of 50 € on your birthday;
