>conducting projects related to the development, implementation and support in bank systems of card products and processes for individuals;- analysis of existing and new product offers regarding products based on payment cards on the Ukrainian and international market.
Requirements:
- experience in implementing and managing card products and customer service processes in At the bank for 3 years or more - mandatory;
- additional certification in product management skills, in conducting research on customer needs/customer experience, forming a value proposition, testing product hypotheses, education on product metrics - desirable;< /li>
- experience in managing projects for the development of the functionality of payment cards, products based on payment cards;
- knowledge of the legislative framework and rules of the MPS, necessary for the introduction and support of products based on payment cards;
- experience in using the Service Design methodology to find client insights and generate hypotheses;
- skills in conducting an analysis of the prospects of hypotheses regarding the introduction and successful functioning of the product, experience implementation of product metrics;
- experience working with banking systems and software complexes(CRM, Is-Card, ABS B2) - desirable;
it is desirable to have technical knowledge of processing and clearing card issuing and acquiring transactions, data exchange technologies between card systems, rules and principles of international transfers payment systems;
ability to work individually, orientation to results, creativity and the ability to find non-standard solutions, communication, analytical approach to studying questions.
