Project Manager, Product owner in Fans-CRM

For a new holding company of IT companies, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in an IT company with growth prospects as a Product owner. The product is a CRM system for OnlyFans.

What skills can you help us with:< /b>

• 2+ years of team management experience in an IT company;
• Knowledge of project management methodology, in particular Agile;
• Experience in working with development teams of marketers, designers and sales, and outreach;
• Onboarding and presentation of the system to customers;
• Excellent communication skills;
• li>
• Spoken English (B2 and above) as a plus;
• Readiness to work with OnlyFans-type content.

What to do:

< li>Development and implementation of a CRM system for chats;
• Project management according to the Agile methodology;
• Management of a team of developers, marketers, designers and sales.
• Interaction with project stakeholders, in particular with customers;
• Monitoring of the development process and ensuring high product quality;
• Preparation of reports and presentations on the status of the project;
• Constant analysis of competitors and making suggestions for product improvement based on them;
• Constant communication with customers and based on their feedback collecting data for improvement product.

Team— Team Lead, 2Frontend Developer, 2Backend Developer, 1App Developer, 2QA Engineer (currently increasing the team) Stack:ReactJS, ReactJS, VueJs, TypeScript, Electron, Vanilla JS (Native JS), Apollo client for graphql, NodeJS, NestJS, GraphQL (code first approach), Docker, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
