Project Manager - PMO in Falck Digital Technology

To secure a successful implementation, we need a Project Manager to support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in driving this transformation.

As our new Project Manager, you will become part of a Programme Management Office consisting of a Programme Lead, Business Solution Lead and Senior Change Manager. We work closely with the Programme’s core team - consisting of Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts across Finance and IT - in standardising and digitalising ways of working in Falck’s global Finance organisation.

• 3+ years of experience of a similar role
• Experience working with ERP implementation will be an advantage, but not a requirement
• Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to deliver concise and simple messages
• A relationship builder who navigates easily between different stakeholders ranging from subject matter experts to senior stakeholders
• Can both keep an eye on the big picture, but is no stranger to paying attention to details when needed
• Proactive and process-driven thriving at bringing your strong organizational skills into play every day
• Thriving with daily change and possessing the potential to pivot solutions if the situation requires this
• Tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
