Selection, training and onboarding of couriers Planning and dispatching: managing a team of dispatchers who coordinate the work of couriers, planning shifts and workloads for couriers Continuous improvement of operational indicators: on a daily basis will monitor the achievement of key indicators of courier delivery (timeliness, cost). service: cooperation with Customer Support on solving cases and considering complaints that will arise from customers. It is important for us: Experience of managerial work in a logistics company, address/courier delivery company from 1 year; The ability to demand and achieve what one wants from the team, the ability to be "hard" when it is necessary to mobilize the team for the result; Understanding of the key principles of the organization of delivery on the "last mile" (in particular, zoning, route planning, construction of changes, preferably - good knowledge of the specifics of the organization of delivery, optimal load on the courier) Experience of analytical work - reports in Excel .
