We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end HR project management in a large People team (Recruitment, People Ops, L&D, Total Rewards and other functions). The role combines classic project management, business analysis and building digital HR solutions with a focus on scale and results.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Management HR projects
Full cycle of HR projects: from initiation to launch. Planning of timelines, resources and priorities, execution control. Coordination of cross-functional teams. - Business analysis and processes
Collection and formalization of business requirements from HR functions. Analysis and optimization of HR processes (as-is / to-be). Finding opportunities for automation. - HR CRM and digital solutions
Participation in the creation and development of internal HR CRM. Forming requirements and coordinating development and launch. Ensuring compliance of the system with HR processes. - Career / recruitment site
Support for creating a recruitment site from idea to launch. Team coordination and time and quality control. - Documentation and training materials
Update of HR manuals, policies and guides. Structure and support of the knowledge base. - Operational support and communication
Support of the HR team in project initiatives. Facilitation of meetings and status updates, preparation of reports.
What is important for this role:
- Experience in project management and/or business analysis
- Experience in launching IT products or internal systems will be an advantage
