This role will involve managing the full lifecycle of the project, from initiation to close-out, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and engage with customers to officially kick off the implementation phase, aligning on project goals and expectations.Clarify additional information requirements beyond what is already documented in the design phase.Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including setting and agreeing on target dates with the customer.Secure and schedule Mavenir engineering resources required for the installation and implementation process.Control and execute planned activities, ensuring that quality targets are met throughout the implementation.Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, collaborating with the customer to resolve any challenges, escalating where necessary.Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders, providing weekly status reports.Ensure the solution is fully operational and that the end customer is satisfied with the implementation.Ensure all required information is gathered and customer acceptance is achieved for the handover of the solution to maintenance teams.Manage the change control process, addressing amendments to requirements, scope, timelines, or project resources as requested.Oversee the formal close-out process of the project, ensuring all deliverables are met and documented.Qualifications and Experience:8 to 10 years of proven experience in managing and delivering technical projects, ideally within the telecommunications, IT, or similar industries.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with engineering resources.Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
