• Participation in the development and approval of credit processes;
• Participation in the formation of credit policy in terms of credit risk assessment;
• Participation in the development of credit products and lending programs;
• Development and maintenance of up-to-date methods of rating evaluation of borrowers, including methods of evaluating investment projects, calculating the risk limit , and preparation of business requirements for automating relevant calculations, testing their implementation;
• Setting up and supporting internal procedures regarding the credit decision-making system;
• Development and approval of internal regulations on credit risk management;
• Preparation of analytical reports for management;
• Participation in meetings of collegial bodies on issues of approval of internal normative documents.

Our expectations:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the direction of business process methodology in a bank, in particular in lending, risks, development of products, procedures, regulations, policies;
• Knowledge of the main normative documents of the National Bank of Ukraine, which regulate the activity of banks in lending;
• Understanding business processes and the competitive environment in various sectors of the country's economy;
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting, the principles of drawing up and consolidating financial statements of legal entities ;
• Analytical skills, ability to consolidate and structure information.
