Myasnik Group of Companies is looking for an ambitious and creativeIn-house project manager for the development of cooking and baking.

Basic responsibilities:

• Assortion formation: creating and updating the line of cooking and baking products in accordance with consumer needs and market trends.
• Development of technological maps: ensuring standardization of cooking processes, calculation of cost and standards expenses.
• Staff training: conducting trainings and workshops for store employees to ensure quality production of products.
• Quality control: monitoring compliance with production standards and implementing changes to improve quality.
• Market analysis: competitor research, customer requests and implementation of innovations to develop the direction.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of cooking or baking (from 2 years);
• Knowledge of technological processes in the food industry;
• Experience in developing technological maps and standardization processes;
• Training and personnel management skills;
• Creative approach to creating new products;
• Readiness for business trips Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
