Our expectations from the candidate:

• maintaining electronic/written correspondence, organizing meetings with international (foreign) donors and creditors;
• participating in the preparation of documents for attracting MFI financing, reports on the progress of projects funding, information notes, reports on the state of project implementation;
• participation in the preparation of materials for negotiations with international partners, personal participation in such negotiations;
• communication with the central bodies of the executive power and with by the structural units of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" in matters of implementation of the projects involved in financing;
• participation in the preparation and procurement of goods, works, services according to the rules and procedures of international financial organizations, as well as procedures determined by international (foreign) creditors and donors on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine within the framework of the implementation of projects involved in financing;
• translation of documents from English to Ukrainian, from Ukrainian to English with the aim of ensuring communication with the central bodies of executive power and structural subdivisions of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" regarding the implementation of projects with the involved financing.

You are eligible if you have:

• complete higher education (preferably by majoring in the following fields of knowledge: Management and Administration, Law, International Relations, as well as by majoring in Economics);
• fluency in English (level not lower than B2) and Ukrainian languages;
• PC skills, knowledge and practical skills in using standard MS Office programs.
