Ukrainian Film School is a leading Ukrainian film school that has been educating a new generation of Ukrainian cinematographers for eight years. Founded on the basis of the largest film studio FILM.UA in Eastern Europe.

The film school teaches the main educational programs in the field of cinematography: two-year, one-year and short programs, as well as courses for children and teenagers.
School teachers are practitioners and industry professionals.

• Consultation of new potential students

• Support of current students: classes, news, solving organizational issues

Teachers

• Communication with current teachers and search for new teachers / supervisors

• Organization of classes, schedules, approval of educational programs

• Signing of contracts

Analysis programs

• Financial report

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational program

• Analysis of student feedback

• Constant optimization of processes — if you can do better, you know exactly how to implement it

Organization of filming and classes

• Preparation of pitching

• Reserving locations, selecting props, ordering equipment

• Organizing the filming team (cameraman, sound, etc.)

• Schedule of filming and control of implementation

• Storage and organization of created content

Financial component

• Formation and approval of budgets

• Expense control, reporting

• Accounting of fees to teachers

• Acceptance and control of payments from students

Communication with other departments

• Approval of advertising creatives and course pages on the website with creative department

• Preparation of a proposal of references for advertising creatives

• Solving all issues at the stage of recruiting students for a new course

• Interaction with the administrative department and contractors

Events

• Presence at offline events related to the Film School
  (film festivals, partner educational programs and events)

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

• Conversational level of English
