E-commerce project manager in Pershiy Ukrayinskiy Mizhnarodniy Bank, AT / PUMB

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Full higher education (financial-economic / technical);
• Confident user MS Office applications, Jira (or other tools for planning and tracking projects and tasks);
• Experience in implementing projects, implementing e-Commerce products (Internet acquiring, accepting payments)/services in a bank or non-bank financial institutions.

Preferences:

• Willingness to work with a large volume of tasks;
• Skills in conducting business correspondence, experience in preparing presentations;
• Skills in setting tasks for the DEV team;
• Willingness to work in the office and remotely.

Your ROLE:

• Working with the contractual base and counterparties for the organization of receiving payments (utility payments, services of Internet/telecom providers, etc.);
• Administrative support of contracts, technical documentation, internal regulatory documents of the Bank within the framework of projects for work with the Bank's retail clients;
• Optimization of the process of organization of receiving payments in the Bank's channels (in the mobile application, on the bank's page, in PTKS, in cash registers) and in the Partners' channels;
• UA coordination/ UX testing in the Bank's software environments;
• Participation in the automation and optimization of payment acceptance processes, setting technical tasks for finalization of the bank's software for accepting payments/implementation of new functionality;
• Development of the bank's payment acceptance channels, including analysis of existing payment solutions on the Ukrainian market and implementation/optimization of products /services in payment acceptance channels in accordance with customer needs;
• Working with analytical data (reporting, etc.) regarding the operation of payment acceptance channels and service provision services.
