International Charitable Foundation "You Create a Nation" is a non-profit organization working on the development and support of youth in Ukraine and Ukrainians abroad. The Foundation systematically develops its own analytical center and youth international publication as tools for forming a meaningful public debate and involving the Ukrainian and international expert community.

Participants of the Foundation’s programs are the driving force of change: they unite Ukrainians studying and working abroad, form topical topics for discussion, expand international involvement and contribute to the development of the platform fund both among Ukrainian and foreign audiences.

In connection with the expansion of areas, we are looking for a Project Manager of Analytical Center and Analytical Journal - a person who can systematically manage two interrelated areas, build effective processes and be responsible for achieving results.

If you care about the future of Ukraine, you have a tendency to structural thinking and systematic managerial actions, you have experience in analytics and team management, and your strength is time management, we will be glad to see you in the team. Accountability for results and the ability to achieve goals are key to this role.

What we expect from you in this position:
• Coordination of think tank and think tank projects.
• Development and implementation of development strategies for these projects.
• Management of a team of analysts.
• Ensuring high level of analytics and the quality of analytical materials for journal publications.

Required experience:
• Experience in project management from 3 years.
• Knowledge of analytical methods and approaches.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skills work in a team and make strategic decisions.
