PROJECT MANAGER (NGO) in Ukrayinska fundaciya gromadskogo zdorov'ya

The UNICEF-funded project aims to support the implementation of the Barnahus model in Ukraine to provide legal information, counseling, psychological support, including crisis , as well as a medical examination.

We need a PROJECT MANAGER.< /b>

Term of project implementation:October 2024 - October 2025

Some activities in the projects: trainings and education ; carrying out activities related to the institutionalization of Barnahus centers, namely: organization of round tables and meetings with representatives of local authorities; organization of events for the opening of Barnahus centers in the regions and others.

Requirements for candidates:< /b>

• higher education;
• PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365);
• experience in project management with UN structures, the EU (preferred);
• knowledge of the principles of project work;
• knowledge of document flow during project implementation;
• li>
• competent business communication and correspondence skills (in Ukrainian and English) - mandatory;
• organizational and analytical skills; the ability to work in a team and coordinate;
• the ability to determine priority tasks for oneself and the team;
• perfectionism, energy, responsibility, punctuality.

Language requirements:

• modern Ukrainian literary language - fluently;
• English language - from B 2 + (mandatory).

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• develop a detailed project implementation plan;
• monitor deadlines, the quality of the implemented project;
• prepare reports by projects;
• communication with local authorities;
• providing technical support to the project team;
• communication with partners/donors of the project, coordination of changes;
• li>participation in forming the project team;
• project personnel management; distribution, description and delivery of tasks to the project team, control of task execution, providing employees with feedback, motivation to a high level of performance of their functions and duties;
• management of budget funds, responsibility in making decisions for implementation project budget;
• management and control of the availability of the necessary documentation, document flow management.
