Our client, an international company, an official distributor of cars, opens a new strategic direction - the sale of trucks.
The company is creating a stand-alone project from scratch and is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the launch, scaling and operational management of a new business line.
This is a unique opportunity to participate in new product development, influence strategy, build a team and create processes with zero.
Responsibilities
- Starting and developing a new direction (selling trucks).
- Formation and scaling of a distributor and partner network in Ukraine.
- Analysis of the market, competitors and potential customers.
- Development and implementation of sales development strategies.
- Development of a system for working with customers and dealers.
- Negotiations, conclusion of agreements, preparation of commercial offers.
- Control of implementation of sales plans, marginality and efficiency of sales channels.
- Direct budget planning and control.
- Cooperation with marketing, logistics, finance and others departments.
- Regular business trips to partners and clients.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education: economics, finance, management.
- Experience in the auto business, with trucking equipment or
- car conversion is desirable.
- Experience in the field of sales — from 5 years, experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Practical experience in building and scaling distribution networks.
- Experience in launching new directions / projects / startups.
- Experience in managing teams of 4 or more people.
- Knowledge of financialmanagement: budgeting, cost optimization, P&L management.
- Proficient in PC, CRM, MS Office, Outlook.
- Readiness for business trips and continuous training.
- Basic English.
- Negotiation skills, conflict resolution, partnership development.
- Strategic thinking, systematic approach, high analytical skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence, stress resistance, delegation skills.
