Project Manager (Mobile) in Joys

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager(Mobile) who wants to manage the launch and development of mobile applications, influence the speed of time-to-market and ensure the team works systematically through clear processes, priorities and data-driven decisions.

Expectations:
experience in launching and developing iOS / Android applications
- ability to coordinate dev, design, QA and marketing
- experience with backlog, deadlines and fast-paced environment
- understanding of basic unit economics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- not to get lost in dynamics and the ability to keep the process under control.

Your tasks:
- managing the full cycle of iOS / Android application development
- coordination of a cross-functional team (dev, design, QA, marketing)
- formation and prioritization of the backlog, control of deadlines
- planning and support of releases in the App Store and Google Play
- control of basic product metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
- analysis and optimization of the user funnel
- risk minimization during releases and updates.
