Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 @ XTB in XTB

XTB's mission is to build an investment platform available to everyone. The increase in the number of clients, supported transactions and the company itself means not only the modernization of applications and transaction systems, but also our financial and accounting processes. To this end, we have started the process of implementing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, which will ultimately be available to all branches and companies operating globally (Europe, MENA, South America, Asia).

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and development of the ERP system at XTB, carried out in cooperation with an external partner.

• at least 3 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics as a Project Manager with a documented history of implementations in the financial sector,
• knowledge of the Dynamics 365 environment: system capabilities and predefined processes,
• experience in cooperation with implementation companies,
• experience in maintaining and developing ERP systems, including organizing support for internal clients,
• ability to quickly learn context and domain knowledge,
• knowledge of software development processes,
• knowledge of JIRA, Excel, Google Spreadsheet,
• knowledge of English at C1 level.
