Enko Merch is about merch that lives outside the office.
We create things where the team feels a sense of belonging and the company its identity in textiles, fit and details. For us, this is the continuation of the brand in the real world — where the identity becomes tangible.

We work with physical products every day: fabrics, tailoring, branding, printing, packaging. We have our own production processes and we constantly interact with contractors, keeping quality and deadlines under control.

The social component is also important to us: we transfer production leftovers to the needs of the Armed Forces, cooperate with charitable initiatives and create jobs in villages and small towns.

Among our customers is Genesis University, Universe, Brainstack, MacPaw and other modern Ukrainian businesses.

We are growing and scaling processes. That is why we are looking for a person who will help systematically coordinate production projects and maintain a consistently high level of quality.

Format: remote
Full time (8:00/9:00 start)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will be part of the team and will be responsible for the coordination of customer orders from the first request to final implementation.

This is a role for an attentive, structured person who likes order in processes and wants to develop in project management and physical product production.

Tasks:

• Processing of new requests from new and regular customers: communication, clarification of details, collection of briefs
• Coordination of projects and their transfer to production, control of deadlines
• Maintenance of customer base and order statuses
• Communication with contractors
• Project management: deadlines, resources, priorities
• If necessary — search for new materials or solutions for non-standard requests
• Contribute to internal process improvement

It will be great if you have:

• Experience in project management, events or marketing
• Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time
• Ability to meet deadlines
