Project Manager - Design Engineering

Are you a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for design engineering? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our innovative team and lead complex engineering design projects from conception to completion.

About the Role:

As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our design engineering projects, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, design teams, and clients while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial design concept through permitting and detailed design phases
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, civil and MEP engineers
• Develop comprehensive project execution strategies aligned with client objectives
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and budget management
• Maintain exceptional quality standards for BIM models and technical documentation
• Drive client communication and stakeholder engagement
• Implement and oversee quality control processes
• Monitor project KPIs and deliver regular performance reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MEP Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of project management experience in design engineering
• 3+ years of engineering
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (must have) and project management tools
• English (upper-intermediate) as a must
• Ukrainian native
