Project manager - marketer (online training) in Dental Expert

For more than 7 years, we have been working in the field of online dental education and have become the #1 platform in this market. We create online courses, webinars with the best experts in dentistry, so that doctors have the opportunity to learn at a convenient time from any city or country.

We have more than 10,000+ customers and a product line of 100+ trainings.

We have many development plans for 2026, so we are looking for a Project / Marketing manager to join the team.

Zone Responsibilities:

We need a person who knows how to put together a turnkey launch: from the theme and texts to the landing page, mailings and numbers after the launch. Not a "creative strategist", but a strong performer-organizer who knows how to work with his hands. Experience in medicine is NOT important.

• You have experience working in educational projects or marketing agencies.

Your tasks:

1. Marketing

• With the help of AI, analyze the topic of the course that we will give you: what really “pains” the audience, why they will buy, how to properly advertise it, etc.  (We will teach you how to do such an analysis.)
• Write a landing text for a webinar/course. (According to our template)
• Write technical specifications to the designer for banners. (there are examples and templates)
• Write TK to the targetologist for launch. (there is a template)
• Write texts for FB/Instagram advertising (which will be above the banners).

We do most of these tasks according to our templates, which we have developed over 7 years of work.

1. Technical

Working with Tilda

• Minimal layout of pages: working with ready-made template blocks, optimizing them for this or that webinar / online course, making edits.
• Connecting registration forms

Working with SendPulse

• Creating newsletters for mail and Telegram
• Setting up funnels of little complexity, in the format - got into the contact book "X" send letter "Y".

1. Analytics - Hypotheses - Analytics

• Regularly look at advertising/sales metrics.
• Suggest specific improvements: where it's failing, what to change, what we're testing next launch.
