We invite a project manager to the team. The purpose of this position is to ensure sustainable activity of camp leadership, community development and implementation of the concept of professional volunteering in the organization. Main responsibilities:
- Management of the project team (task setting, ongoing verification, reporting verification and quality of work);
- Development and motivation of each member of his team. Maintaining a personal development plan for each employee;
- Planning the loading of your team, effectively involving employees in the performance of their tasks. Reporting on completed work;
- Conducting tasks as a manager for the team, or using other tools to control the completion of tasks on time;
- Provide quality feedback to the team and each employee personally during and after the project;
- Work with feedback from camps, analyze the summary report and propose system solutions to identified problems;
- Work in the department team (Head of Department + Project Managers) to implement innovations and improve processes.
- Working with constituent documents (memorandums, letters of agreement, cooperation agreements with partners);
- Communication with the community regarding partnership at all levels of implementation (open call, interviews, BUR-tour, camp, reporting, current communication);
- Solving current issues from the camp in the office, at your own level (approach to communicators, clerk, accountant);
- Meeting all requirements and conditions of the partner (grantor) at all levels of project implementation;
- Meeting the organization’s internal requirements for project implementation (timely submission of reports, timely transfer of information to other departments, high-quality communication about all processes and changes in the project with all involved people);
- Control over the operational activities of team employees;
- Quality cooperation with the grant manager or with the direct partner (writing the conceptual-final report of the partnership);
- Conducting regular meetings with internal and external teams, regarding organizational issues for camps;
- Resolving crisis situations that arose as a result of the company's activities or force majeure circumstances;
- Checking reportingCamp Coordinator and Technical Manager before being received by the Grant Manager, Fin. Manager or partner;
- Consultation and budget approval for administration, cult-educational program and technical expenses;
- Work with other departments within the project;
- Maintenance of the Community Passport table (at the beginning of cooperation and reporting format). To be ultimately responsible for filling out all the points of the table for the team project;
- To be responsible for the organizational aspects of the team: observing the work schedule, agreeing on days off and vacations, congratulating your teams on their birthdays;
- Making monitoring visits to camps within the project;
- Participating in teaching at Schools.

- English language proficiency not lower than B1;
