Project Manager in Bettority

To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience we are now looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and capable home-based 100% remote Project Manager for our team. The candidate for this position must be flexible to take on various projects with a can-do attitude.If you have a solid background in project management, we’d love to speak with you.Role:The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects within the online gaming, gambling, or sports betting industries, and have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies #gaming methodologies. The Project Manager will work directly with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of provider integration projects.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage and oversee provider integration projects from inception to completionCoordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progressLead project planning, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budgetDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and presentationsImplement and manage Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project executionFoster a collaborative and supportive team environmentContinuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimizationMust speak English and RussianRequirements:3+ years of proven experience in IT project managementProven experience in managing projects with different project life cycles (waterfall or agile)Proven experience in establishing all necessary processes on the projectProven experience and knowledge in management scope, schedule, cost and changes on a projectProven experience in managing cross-functional/distributed teamsExperience in managing at least 10 subordinatesStrong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and attention to detail;Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff;We offerА place with a friendly environment where you can reach your full potential and grow your career.Flexible work schedules.Work from homeSocial package: paid sick leave and vacation.Competitive salary and benefits package.
