Project Manager (Kyivstar TV) in 1+1 media

Kyivstar TVis looking for an IT Project Manager to ensure the development of projects and support work processes in the company.

We are here for you if you:

• have similar work experience of 3 years or more;
• have knowledge and experience in using the methodology Scrum (and other Agile methodologies) identification/coordination, communication, planning;
• have practical knowledge of software tools — Jira (advanced), Confluence;
• understand Gitflow and other principles and approaches in branching;
• have a high level of organization, leadership qualities and proactivity;
• have experience and developed skills for working in multitasking conditions;
• able to think systematically: quickly navigate in priorities, understand the business context of tasks and find optimal ways to implement/solve the issue;
• able to quickly change the context and lead several projects in parallel;
• self-motivated and able to motivate others;
• able to cope with stressful situations.

It will be an advantage:

• own technical experience (engineering, programming, system analysis, testing);
• experience in project management of technical development teams (Backend and/or DevOps);
• basic knowledge of Git.

Together with the team, you will:

• communicate with customers and form a backlog of implementation tasks;
• build a project plan and monitor its implementation;
• plan and manage development team resources, coordination of their work and communication with stakeholders;
• monitor the timeliness of task completion;
• conduct and monitor compliance with Scrum ceremonies by development teams;
• prepare information and reporting to customers and management regarding the current development progress;
• solve operational issues, ensure a positive microclimate for the most effective team work.
