Project manager (know/have experience with the IT.UA/IT-ENTERPRISE product)

Requirement is mandatory. Because we work as a team with IT-Enterprise

• Organization of the work of development teams: planning, prioritization of the technical backlog, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other departments, management of team resources;
• Regular meetings with the team to improve the effectiveness of the team's work results and/or removal of blocking factors;
• Conducting retrospectives with the development team and with customers on the results of implementation;
• Organizational support of releases with updating of software versions and the process after the release of technical support, support of putting the product into operation;
• Identification and prevention of risks that may affect progress development;
• Interaction with the internal Customer: conducting interviews, agreeing requirements, organizing acceptance testing processes and support after development implementation;
• Monitoring and managing tasks within the framework of incident management for the development team;
• Analysis of non-standard requests related to the operation of software or IT functions;
• style="font-weight: bold">Description and  optimization of internal IT processes.
• Implementation of new tools, CRM system, templates, regulations;
• Control of task execution and compliance with deadlines within ERP;
• Preparation of analytics, reports and presentations for management;
• Participation in the planning of strategic initiatives and their further implementation;
• Organization of internal events, meetings, work processes;
• Ensuring effective communication between all teams.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager IT-Enterprise from 2 years;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to structure information, systematize processes;
• Knowledge of modern project management tools;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to details.
