Project Manager (Junior / Trainee) in WalkerMafs

We are looking for a responsible and organized beginner who wants to develop in the field of project management. Experience not required — we provide training and mentor support.

Responsibilities:

• assist PM in project management

• planning and coordination of team tasks

• control of deadlines and task execution

• maintenance of documentation, tables, reports

• communication with the team and clients (in text format)

• participation in internal meetings

• collection and structuring of information

We teach:

• fundamentals of project management

• working with Scrum / Kanban

• setting tasks and sprint planning

• working with Notion, Jira, Trello, Slack

• basic communication with the team and client

• time management and analytical thinking

 Requirements:

• attention to details and organization

• literacy, responsibility

• basic understanding of the IT sphere is a plus (optional)

• logical thinking and stress resistance

• willingness to develop specifically in the Project Management

mentor

• stability and a clear training system

• Salary — 30,000 - 35,000 UAH.
