Project Manager (IT, Web/eCommerce) in Intertop Ukraine

INTERTOP Ukraine is the leader of Ukrainian fashion retail with a 30-year history. We manage 14 retail chains of multi- and single-brand stores, including: INTERTOP, Ecco, Geox, Timberland, Skechers, Marc O'Polo, Napapijri, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, The North Face, Vans, EA7, INTERTOP Outlet and Kiko Milano.

We are actively developing our own marketplace based on the online platform INTERTOP.UA and a mobile application. The company's portfolio includes over 500 brands of shoes, clothes, accessories and cosmetics, including own TM Braska. We support Ukrainian manufacturers and develop a culture of collaboration.

Weare looking for:initiative and involved specialist for the position of Project Manager (IT, Web/eCommerce) who strives to influence the result and implement effective solutions and become part of our team.

Main requirements:

• work experience from 2 years in the position of Project Manager in projects for the development of mobile applications or eCommerce solutions with a mobile component.
• experience of the full cycle of project management: planning, evaluation, execution, release, analysis of results.
• ability to collect, structure and formalize business requirements; work with stakeholders.
• skills in prioritizing, building roadmaps, managing changes, agreeing plans and dependencies.
• strong communication skills: facilitating meetings, conducting negotiations, transparent and systematic communication within and between teams.
• ability to effectively solve problems, work with objections, reduce risks and keep stable delivery.
• experience working with cross-functional teams.
• understanding of Agile principles, experience in conducting sprints and release planning.
• experience with Jira / Confluence, Automation for Jira or similar is welcome.
• vacancy involves partial work from the office (location: Lukyanivska metro station).

• management of the mobile application project: goal setting, planning, coordination, time and quality control.
• interaction with cross-teams (business, eCom, marketing, BI/analytics, technical teams) to clarify requirements and jointly form the backlog.
• management of the team within the project: distribution of tasks, execution control, productivity support, monitoring load.
• preparation and updating of the project plan; control of the execution of stages, timely escalation of risks and blockers.
• organization and conduct of stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, technical and product synchronizations.
• ensuring high-quality communication between all project participants, including external contractors (if necessary).
• participation in the ongoing process improvements: optimizing loading, increasing transparency, improving rituals, streamlining documentation.
• preparation of regular status updates, reports, presentations for management and stakeholders.
• participation in the release management of the application, including preparation of releases and post-release analysis.
• support of team interaction and development of a culture of responsibility.
