Basic requirements:

- IT project management experience, understanding of the software development life cycle

- experience of effective communication with clients

- fluent in Ukrainian and English for effective cooperation with domestic and foreign clients - Organizational ability, attention to details and ability to manage several projects

- experience with project management tools

- excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work with deadlines and manage risks

- team leadership and initiation of new ideas

- proactive attitude to solving problems with the desire to study and develop in the field of management of IT projects - Ability to work with technical documentation and make clear vehicles and reports

responsibilities:

- full management of projects from start to end : Planning, implementation, control and closure of projects

- cooperation with clients, development and design teams to ensure quality work

- monitoring of progress, solving problems and quality control- risk management, Budgets and Terms Control

- Solving Conflict Situations and Finding Optimal Solutions to meet the needs of the client
