Project Manager (IT/1C/ERP) in LAKTREYD PLYuS

Hello! We are Lactrade Plus, a company with a reliable reputation in the wholesale food supply market in Ukraine. We are looking for a Project Manager (IT/1С 8, UTP, ERP) who will join our team in Kyiv and help us support and develop internal business processes with the help of quality IT solutions.

What needs to be done (area of responsibility):

• Full cycle of IT project management: initiation, planning, implementation, implementation, transfer to the operating room work

• Management of development teams: task setting, prioritization, execution and result control

• Work planning and delivery control: deadlines, scope, quality, result

• Project management based on 1C / BAS / ERP and related systems

• Initiation and support of optimization and automation tasks of business processes

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements, communication with customers

• Coordination of development, testing and implementation teams

• Control of deadlines, risks, changes and team workload

• Preparation of project documentation and management reporting

What we expect:

• At least 2 years of project management experience based on 1C (version 8, UTP), BAS, ERP and related systems.

• Ability to effectively manage a team of developers, testers and other project participants.

• Coordination of team work to achieve overall project goals.

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and transfer business requirements to the development team.
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in the project and adjust the action plan, reducing risks.
• Result orientation and ability to achieve goals within constraints (time, budget, resources).
• Good understanding of development principles in 1C.
• Ability to work with databases and understanding of business logic.
• Willingness to take responsibility for the quality and stability of the project.
• Openness to teamwork and willingness to share knowledge.
• Education is not a determining factor — your practical experience and desire to develop are important to us.
