We are looking for a leader to manage international projects from presale to release. We offer you the chance to take full ownership, your impact will define results, for our company and businesses around the world.
 

What we offer to do:

• Turn opportunities into contracts: You’ll participate in presale calls, analyze client requests, and help prepare the estimates &  proposals that set the project up for success from day one.
• Build transparent client relationships: You will be the main point of contact, conducting regular calls to present results, and maintain clear, honest communication throughout the entire project.
• Orchestrate the workflow: You won't just pass tickets; you will plan the workload, analyze available resources, and distribute tasks effectively to manage deadlines without chaos.
• Bridge the gap between business and tech: Your job is to translate client needs into clear, technical tasks for designers and developers, and then explain our solutions to clients in simple, business-oriented language.
• Drive quality and consistency: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the output matches the brief. You will verify the task completion before delivery to ensure a smooth release.
• Manage the business essentials: You will handle the necessary administrative project work, coordinating NDAs, contracts, and issuing invoices, to keep the financial side of your projects healthy and organized.

We’ll be a perfect match if:

• You have 1+ years of experience in project management (design / web / digital),
• Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher, allowing you to confidently conduct calls, negotiate, and maintain clear written communication.
• You possess understanding of design and development processes, enabling you to identify technical risks and validly check results against the brief.
• You have experience in presale activities, including analyzing requests, estimating, and preparing proposals.
• Energy and organization are your inherent characteristics; you easily cope with several tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on main priorities.
• Effective communication is your superpower. You know exactly how to convey an idea, hear a request, and set up a productive dialogue.
• You have a great sense of humor.
