We are currently launching a large-scale and strategic project to develop a modern KYC / AML platform that will ensure the automation of customer checks, risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements. The system will become a key element of the company's internal security infrastructure and will help to significantly increase the effectiveness of the fight against fraud. 

For the successful implementation of our ambitious project, we strive to assemble a strong team. That is why we are looking for an experienced Project Manager (IT) who will ensure effective management of processes, the team and achievement of results within the set deadlines.

Key goals of the project:

• Creation of a comprehensive solution for identification and verification of customers (KYC).
• Implementation of an automated transaction monitoring system (AML).
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of regulators and international standards (FATF, AMLD, GDPR)

Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate:

• Has two years of IT project management experience; 
• Has an understanding of SDLC, SRS; 
• Knows how to work with task tracking systems; 
• Has excellent skills in writing technical documentation; 
• Knows andinterpret technical requirements into tasks for the team; 
• Has risk, change and expectation management skills. 
• Communicative, responsible, self-organized; 
• Has structured and analytical thinking; 
• Knows how to make informed decisions based on the conducted analysis; 
• Initiative.
