Wishes to candidates:

• Higher education (economic, technical in the field of information technologies), having certificates of the Republic of Moldova will be an advantage;
• Work experience of 2-3 years in management projects and business analysis, including project planning, implementation, monitoring and closure;
• Intermediate oral and written English is a must (the interview will be conducted in English);
• Experience implementing and using ERP, CRM, HR systems, and data analytics systems;
• Understanding of core technologies required to execute projects, including project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira) and business tools -analysis;
• Experience with various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.;
• Understanding of the core technologies required to execute projects, including project management software (e.g. , MS Project, Jira) and tools for business analysis;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments of the organization to achieve project goals;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and reports to stakeholders at all levels.

Job duties:

• Conduct business needs analysis and plan the architecture of technical solutions;
• Develop and update project implementation plans;
• Set and monitor the performance of tasks for project participants;< /li>
• Organize meetings and meetings;
• Test the developed technical solutions;
• Implement the developed functionality within the framework of the project;
• Develop the project management system;< /li>
• Maintain project documentation in an up-to-date state;
• Prepare reports on project implementation;
• Coordinate the interaction of project participants;
• Perform other tasks of the direct manager .
