The management company of a large national holding invites cooperation Project manager (investment direction).

Key requirements:

• Fluent spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above);
• Experience in investment, finance or project management;
• Analytical skills and ability to work with investment materials;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Experience working with investors or in related areas will be an advantage!

Main tasks:

• Search and attraction of investors;
• Identification of potential investors (funds, private investors, strategic partners, international organizations);
• Formation and maintenance of a database of potential investment partners;
• Organization and conducting of initial communications with investors;
• Analysis of investors' interests and their compliance with the company's activities;
• Preparation of presentations, investment proposals and materials for negotiations;
• Management of investment projects;
• Coordination of work between involved departments;
• Preparation and management project documentation;
• Planning, organizing and conducting meetings, negotiations, presentations, information packages and updates for investors;
• Ensuring high-quality communication and investor support at the stages of interaction;
• Regularly informing management about the status of interaction with investors.
• Preparationofweekly/monthly reports on investment activity.
