Responsibilities:

• Analysis of financial statements (mandatory accounting according to IFRS and PSBO and management reporting)
• Preparation of analytical reports within the scope of financial diagnostics projects (financial due diligence)

• Participation in the development of financial models
• Preparation of the securities issue prospectus
• Maintenance of documentation in debt issue and restructuring projects
• Interaction with top -managers and line managers
• Participation in conference calls with banks, legal and financial companies on financing issues
• Participation in working groups to check compliance with covenants

• Higher education in auditing, accounting, finance or economics
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in international or Ukrainian companies providing professional services in the field of corporate finance, project management
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and financial reporting
• Special knowledge in the field of project management
• Ability to work in a team in a multi-tasking and cross-functional mode
• Ability to work with large data sets and a large number of documents
• Experience in the field of accounting/investment field/banks
• Understanding the specifics issuance of securities and experience in preparation of issue prospectus
• High communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to clearly formulate tasks and control their implementation
• Competent documentation management

• Negotiation skills, organizational skills and analytical skills
• High level of English language
