Required skills and experience:

• Working with IT Enterprise
• Experience in Auditing and Optimization Projects Introduction IT Enterprise
• Analysis of Business Process and Data Analysis, Development of Optimization Development
• Communication and Coordination Skills between HR, Financial and Other Departments
• Ability Effectively plan, coordinate and implement projects

Future responsibilities:

• Audit of recruitment processes, HR, personnel procedures and systems of compensation and beneficial (C&B)
• Development and implementation of solutions to increase the efficiency of personnel processes
• > Construction of effective interaction schemes between People Department and Financial Department
• Active involvement in the ERP system implementation team
• Ensure that the People's Department's interests are properly taken into account during the transformation and implementation of the ERP system l> Control of the personnel department on implementation and constant introduction of effective work
