• Manage the department under 4-5 product managers. Work organization, task setting, staff motivation, control.
• Interaction with the sales department, own production, customers.
• It is important to organize the work of subordinates in such a way that after receiving the technical task from the sales department, the team could develop the optimal solution for a potential customer.
