The Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for digital transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the search of a contractor to provide expert services of a project manager to support the project " Register of damaged and destroyed property".

Collaboration format: mixed (a combination of offline and online works). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in the city of Kyiv.
Basic tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the contract:
- management of the project for the modernization and implementation of the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (hereinafter - RPZM, the register) of the fourth and subsequent stages;
- coordination of the team of experts and responsibility for achieving the specific goals of the project;
- li>participation in the development of the concept and implementation plans of the project;
- generation of ideas, methodological prioritization and development of functions for activation and involvement of users;
- development of strategies and initiatives to optimize the user experience, increase user satisfaction and stimulation of long-term involvement;
- holding regular meetings with all interested parties to clarify requirements for the register;
- summarizing meetings (meetings), forming protocols based on their results and further distribution of these documents among event participants;
- participation in the development of technical requirements for finding contractors for the development, modernization, implementation and maintenance of software;
- coordination of all stages of software development (SDLC) according to using the approaches and methodology of Scrum / Kanban / XP, etc.;
- ensuring full documentation of the functionality of the electronic system;
- monitoring of all stages of software development and preparation of relevant reports at the request of the customer;
- communication with all stakeholders involved in the implementation of the project, in particular with representatives of government bodies, developers, etc.;
- management of tasks and project documentation in Confluence / Jira (another electronic resource determined by the team);

- assistance to the program manager in the formation of reporting, information and presentation materials of the project.
Requirements for contest participants:
- more than three (3) years of software development project management experience;
- IT development project management skills using Agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Crystal , FDD, XP, etc.;
- experience in the development processes of public electronic servicesfor the population and business will be an advantage;
- understanding of the software design and development process, formulation of high-level technical requirements for the software product;
- ability to structure elements of information systems and determine technologies and possible software solutions;
- experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT projects;
- proficiency in English at a level sufficient for professional communication.
