Project Manager (for the period of maternity leave) in Viseven

We are looking for a temporary Project Manager for 3 months to manage projects during the maternity leave of the main PM. Duties: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other practices and ceremonies , related to Scrum and Kanban Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress Update tracking systems in Agile for ensure transparency of product and backlog Recommend improvements and facilitate development of practices Manage overall project risks Ensure delivery of projects on time and according to defined deliverables Continuously monitor and communicate project progress to all stakeholders Be responsible for performance evaluation and goal setting process for the team Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant management experience projectsExperience in working with Jira, Confluence, MS ProjectExperience setting up processes within the Scrum team Above average level of English Analytical thinking Performance monitoring and evaluation Strong organizational, negotiation and conflict resolution skills What do we offer?
