- work experience of 2 years or more in the HR field;
- experience in coordination and improvement of adaptation processes and personnel development;
- experience of ordering external training services and cooperation with contractors;
- experience of organizing team-building activities and corporate events;
- practical experience of keeping accounting documentation and working with electronic document flow;
- ability to communicate clearly and transparently with managers and employees at all levels of the organization;
- developed organizational and planning skills skills;
- result orientation, adaptability.
FUTURE DUTIES:
- Coordination of processes adaptation and development of personnel;
- creation of adaptation plans, training and personnel development programs;
- planning and management of the budget for training activities;
- organization of team-building activities and corporate events Bank;
- reporting based on the results of work performed;
- ensuring the timeliness of closing accounting documents.
