Hello! We are growing, developing and preparing new educational projects. Therefore, we are looking for a project manager for our product team

Prometheus is the largest Ukrainian educational platform with 3,500,000 students and 450+ online courses. In 2026, we plan to launch a whole list of open professional programs, projects and courses, and we are looking for a specialist to help us with this.

The vacancy involves full-time, remote work. Market salary according to the results of the interview.

So, we are looking for a person who:

• Has successful experience in project management, reporting documentation and can demonstrate it with examples.
• Has developed skills in planning and organizing work on projects, knows how to work flexibly and stick to deadlines.
• Has developed communication skills, knows how to environmentally negotiate with all parties of the process regarding quality criteria and deadlines tasks.
• Able to solve blockers proactively, is persistent and able to see things through, even if things don't go according to plan.
• Comfortable working on several projects at the same time.
• Takes on larger and more complex projects.
• Proactive: identifies problems and omissions opportunities, takes the initiative to improve existing / introduce new processes.

Your functional duties:

• Project management of the full cycle of creating and launching online courses and educational programs;
• Coordination of interaction between the customer, teachers, filming and editing team, methodologist, designer, marketer.
• Communication with Prometheus partners and donors.
• Control over the progress of the work: all activities described in the course creation process must be performed on time, in the correct sequence.
• Maintenance of the project in Asana, as well as all necessary reportingproject documentation.

Expected results:

• In cooperation with the online course creation team and teachers, organize a full cycle of work on the courses: from signing agreements with lecturers and organizing filming to launch course on the platform.
• Take on not only the development of courses, but also the management of large educational programs with international partners, and therefore negotiations, reporting, achievement of big goals.
• Flexibly look at the process, constantly optimize and automate the development system products.?
