Requirements:

• project management experience in series production
• experience in modernization or introduction of new equipment

Responsibilities:

• Creation, planning and management of plant projects before the implementation of the solution in operation (for example, delivery of pumping equipment per node).
• Organizing the work of the team, assigning tasks and monitoring their implementation according to the implementation plan.
• Preparing reports on the progress of work and presenting them to management.
• Ensuring implementation of the project within the framework of established deadlines, budget and quality requirements.
• Risk management and identifying ways to minimize them.
• Communication with specialists of related departments within the framework of implementation of defined projects.
