Basic tasks:

• Organization and coordination of the work of subordinate employees in the fulfillment of requests through HelpDesk and in projects of implementation of new services or software, with the possibility of managing these projects.

• Creation and management of company process automation projects using Office 365 services.

• Participation and control of the performance of tasks by subordinate employees within the projects of other units.

• Coordinating the work of subordinate employees with representatives of other departments to achieve the set goals.

• Organizing interaction with other IT departments of the company.

• Preparation of technical tasks for projects.

Our expectations:

• Higher education.
• Experience of effectively managing an IT department for at least 3 years.< /li>
• Knowledge of Active Directory, administration of Windows and Unix servers, constructionsand computer networks. 
• Basic knowledge of network protocols, understanding of IT security construction.
• Knowledge of programming languages ​​is an additional advantage .
• Experience in writing technical tasks.
• Analytical mindset, responsibility, ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, ability to learn, stress resistance, punctuality.
