PM NPI / Project Manager for New Product Introduction - responsible for the complex launch of the product from initiation to serial production. In the area of ​​responsibility, procurement, logistics, warehouses, incoming control, preparation for production and production of test batches of the device, certification, marketing. Cross-functional interaction with PM dev and other R&D teams.

Basic hard skills:

• Spoken English not lower than B1/B2.
• Experience in procurement management, management contractors.
• Experience implementing projects into production (electronics or similar).
• Understanding product launch from 0 to serial production. Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP.
• Understanding production planning (MRP: demand, balances, reservations, orders).
• Project management, timeline planning, budgets, risk management.
• Coordination. and management of procurement, logistics, production, warehouses

Basic soft skills:

• Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, specifications, CAD files).
• Basic reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze process bottlenecks (bottlenecks). Fishbone).
• Basic Lean / Kaizen thinking.
• Process mapping (flowcharts, BPMN).
• Risk matrix + mitigation planning.

Functional dutiesи:

• Plans the budget, terms, scope of supply of materials, readiness of equipment for launching the product at all stages of the project from initiation to serial production.
• Manages within the framework of project implementation procurement, warehouses, logistics, certification, marketing, incoming control, launch of test batches into production, contractors.
• Ensures seamless communication between departments, makes decisions, manages changes, consolidates information on the project and stores it.
• Conducts meetings, monitors and controls the implementation of the project plan-schedule.
• Coordinates materials, documentation readiness for orders, makes changes as needed.
• Selects and interacts with suppliers, manages risks during the whole time.
• Organizes and starts production of products of all stages and batches before transfer to serial production.
